3. Bidder qualification requirements
3.1 The bid requires the bidder to have:
3.1.1 The bidder has an independent legal personality, holds a business license that has been examined annually, and the company has a good reputation. The registered capital of equipment manufacturers 1 and 2 is no less than 400 million yuan, and if they are agents, their registered capital is no less than 10 million yuan.
3.1.2 If the bidder is a manufacturer, it must have the safety, production (sales) license of the purchased product; the manufacturer shall pass the ISO9000 series quality assurance system certification.
3.1.3 If the bidder is an agent, it is required to provide the manufacturer's copy of the product safety, production (sales) license for this purchase, and the manufacturer’s exclusive power of attorney for the bid for this project.
3.1.4 Performance requirements: Sales performance of similar projects in recent years is good. Bidders are required to issue a list of the sales performance of the equipment they have invested for the past three years (the original purchase and sales contract must be issued if necessary), including:
Package 1 requires domestic sales of the same type of equipment to exceed 20 units in the past three years;
