Therefore, it is possible to consider the introduction of basic general norms and standards represented by technical terms and test methods in order to regulate the market and end disorderly competition.

Second, standards development agencies at all levels should be encouraged to coordinate the promotion of semiconductor lighting standardization. The standard system includes national standards, industry standards, industry standards and corporate standards, and the four are complementary. The continuous introduction of local standards has laid a good foundation for the establishment of national standards. Enterprise standards and local standards are important components of the national standard system. For example, enterprise standards, specific to the relevant standards of the company's characteristic products, are the specific refinement and embodiment of national and local standards. Therefore, the formulation of corporate and local standards should be more detailed, and corporate standards should generally be higher than national standards.
