Overview of SJD-60 Forced Single-Shaft Concrete Mixer

This is a high-performance, forced single-shaft concrete mixer designed and manufactured by our factory. It is widely used in construction companies, building research institutes, and concrete component laboratories. The machine is capable of mixing both regular and lightweight concrete, as well as being suitable for various industrial applications where precise material mixing is required.

The SJD-60 mixer is an essential tool for producing high-quality concrete mixtures. It consists of a rotating drum, feeding and unloading system, transmission mechanism, frame, and support structure. Powered by a motor connected to the shaft, it uses a ring gear system that meshes with a gear on the transmission shaft, ensuring smooth and efficient mixing even in adverse weather conditions like rain or fog. This design helps prevent slippage between the roller and the drum, enhancing overall performance and durability.

Operating Procedures for SJD-60 Forced Single-Shaft Concrete Mixer

  1. Before starting the machine, check all rotating parts and the drum for any scratches. If found, adjust them immediately to avoid damage during operation.
  2. Ensure the gearbox is filled with oil before use. Also, lubricate the unloading worm gear and sliding bearings to ensure smooth movement.
  3. Clean the interior of the drum, secure the barrel limit device, and then start the machine. If the rotation direction is incorrect, cut off the power and swap two of the phase wires before restarting.
  4. Add the concrete mixture into the drum, close the cover, and set the time relay according to the desired mixing duration (always reset after a power failure).
  5. Press the start button to initiate mixing. The machine will automatically stop once the preset time is reached.
  6. After stopping the machine, release the material position limit using the handle, turn the handwheel to align the drum for easy unloading, restart the machine, and discharge the material until the drum is clean. Then, rotate the handwheel back to its original position.
  7. Finally, clean the drum by running it with water or sand to remove any remaining residue. This ensures the machine is ready for the next batch.
