The SJD-60 is a high-performance forced single-shaft concrete mixer produced by our factory. It is ideal for construction companies, building research institutions, and concrete component laboratories. This mixer is capable of mixing both standard and lightweight concrete, as well as handling different materials in various industrial applications.

The SJD-60 is designed to mix cement, sand, gravel, and water to produce a uniform concrete mixture. The machine consists of a rotating drum, feeding and unloading system, transmission mechanism, frame, and support structure. It is powered by an electric motor connected to the shaft through a transmission system. A ring gear is mounted around the drum, and a matching gear on the transmission shaft ensures smooth and efficient mixing. This design not only enhances performance but also reduces slippage during adverse weather conditions such as rain or fog.

2. Operating Procedures for the SJD-60 Forced Single-Shaft Concrete Mixer:

1. Before starting the machine, check all rotating parts and the drum for any scratches or damage. If found, adjust them immediately.

2. Ensure that the gearbox is properly lubricated before use. The unloading worm gear and sliding bearings should also be adequately oiled.

3. Clean the inside of the drum, lock the barrel limit device, and then start the machine. If the rotation direction is incorrect, turn off the power and swap two of the phase lines before restarting.

4. Load the concrete mixture into the drum, close the cover, and set the time relay according to the desired mixing duration (make sure to reset it after a power outage).

5. Press the start button to activate the spindle, which will drive the mixer. The machine will automatically stop once the set time is reached.

6. After stopping the machine, release the material position limit using the handle, rotate the handwheel to align the drum for easy unloading, and restart the machine to discharge the material completely. Then, rotate the handwheel back to its original position.

7. After use, clean the drum by running the spindle with water or using sand to remove any residual material.
