Potted silicone is used for bonding, sealing, potting and coating protection of electronic components . Before potting silica gel belonging uncured liquid having fluidity, the viscosity of the glue according to different materials, properties, production process and product distinction. The potting glue can be fully cured before it can realize its use value. After curing, it can be waterproof, dampproof, dustproof, insulated, heat conductive, secret, anti-corrosive , temperature resistant and shockproof. There are many types of electronic potting glues. From the material types, the most common ones are the three most commonly used, namely epoxy resin potting glue, silicone resin potting glue , polyurethane potting glue, and these three materials.
