BYD LED lighting is similar to the development of automobiles. Through continuous vertical integration, BYD has formed a relatively complete industrial chain including upstream chips, midstream packaging, and downstream applications. Customers can realize real-time monitoring of street lights anytime and anywhere through the network, which can easily realize functions such as remote switch, color temperature control, fault detection and information reporting. More importantly, the street lamp system can automatically achieve brightness adjustment according to the supplementary situation of traffic flow and natural light, and can achieve secondary energy saving of more than 40%.

Second, solar iron battery street lights. Iron battery is the core of BYD battery technology, mainly used in electric vehicles, energy storage power stations and solar street lights. Iron batteries have many advantages: the service life can reach 10 years, and the deep cycle 2000 energy storage can still maintain more than 70%, which creates conditions for the promotion of EMC mode; iron is an inert element and will not pollute the environment like lead-acid batteries. Xiao Zhiyong: BYD Lighting hopes to take a diversified channel, including engineering channels, online e-commerce channels and offline commercial channels.

Among them, the engineering channel is the leading. At present, BYD has successfully completed many outdoor lighting projects such as Daya Bay in Huizhou, Yan'an Road in Kwai Chung, Chuangye Road in Pingshan, and Caotang Road in Xi'an, and achieved good results.

At the same time, e-commerce channels and business-super channels are also important additions to BYD's channels. Domestic mainstream e-commerce platforms, including Jingdong Mall and Tmall Mall, have our LED lighting products on sale, and the sales are in good condition.

As for the offline channels, as early as 2010, our lighting products have been put on the shelves in Wal-Mart, China Resources Vanguard, Tesco, and Shundian. When we visited the local market, we learned that the terminal market has been relatively mature this year, both in terms of dealer maturity and consumer acceptance. The outbreak of the terminal market is a good situation for enterprises, and it also puts forward higher requirements for enterprise channel construction. Xiao Zhiyong: Many dealers choose to represent LED lighting products with poor quality and low price in order to meet the market demand. According to my understanding, the proportion of such products in the entire terminal market is not small. On the contrary, due to price reasons, the products of the brand enterprises encountered some resistance on the road to the terminal channel.

Due to some low-priced products, dealers can not afford after-sales service, and can not solve the problems that may occur in life, light decay, etc. Many consumers have lost confidence in the entire LED lighting products after eating LED lighting. This way of killing chickens and taking eggs is very unfavorable for the entire industry.
