First, overtravel alarm (5n0 ~ 5nm):

1) Return to the reference point, the starting point is too close to the reference point, or the speed is too slow. The machine's overtravel axis can be moved out of the overtravel zone by a certain method.

2) Correctly perform the zero return action, manually move the machine tool back to the zero direction by a certain distance. This position requires that the zero return action be performed outside the deceleration zone.

3) If there is still an alarm after the above operation, check the zero return deceleration signal, check the zero return block, the zero return switch and the associated signal circuit are normal.

Second, the zero return action is abnormal

Manual and automatic operation and operation are not possible: When the position display (relative, absolute, mechanical coordinates) is not moving, check the status display of the CNC, the emergency stop signal, the reset signal, and the status of the operation mode.

Third, 90# alarm ALM998ROM parity alarm

When the system is used, all ROMs must be parity checked during system initialization and work. When the verification error occurs, an alarm occurs and the wrong ROM number is indicated.

Cause and handling method: The ROM on the memory card is faulty or improperly installed, or the memory card board is abnormal. When the display screen displays the ROM alarm number, it is most likely because the memory card is faulty. First check the display screen to indicate the number position. If the ROM is installed properly, if it is confirmed, replace the ROM.

Fourth, the 24950 insurance (F14) fuse in the AL950 power unit

In the FANUC-0C system, a separate external 24V fuse is provided in the circuit structure in order to prevent a power supply short circuit due to the DI/DO interface.

The cause of the fault and the treatment method: When the machine side cable is short-circuited to the ground, the system power is turned off. The method of measuring the resistance is used to determine whether there is a short circuit of +24E to ground. There are (+24E) and ground (GND) measurements on the main board and the memory card. Terminals, you can directly measure the resistance between them. When the measured value is 0 ohms, unplug each connector on the I/O card and check the resistance value again. If the measured resistance value is increased by about 100 ohms after the I/O connector is unplugged, it can be confirmed that the I/O load side is short-circuited to the ground.

Five, SV400#, SV402# (overload alarm)

The cause of the fault: 400# is overloaded in the first and second axes; 402# is overloaded in the third and fourth axes.

This alarm is issued when the overheat switch of the servo motor and the overheat switch of the servo amplifier are activated.

The servo amplifier has an overload check signal, which is a normally closed contact signal. When the servo motor overload switch detects that the motor is overheated, or the temperature of the amplifier rises, the switch is turned on to generate an alarm. Under normal circumstances, this switch and the transformer's overheat switch and the external discharge unit's overheat switch are connected in series. This signal is a normally closed contact. When the motor overheats, this signal gives an alarm and is transmitted to the NC by the PWM command.

Sixth, P/S85~87 serial interface failure

Fault reason: Serial communication is often used when inputting parameters and programs to the machine tool, and the computer or other storage device is connected with the machine tool by using the RS232 interface. This alarm occurs when the parameter settings are incorrect and the cable or hardware fails.

Fault finding and recovery:

85#Alarm: When reading data from an external device, the serial communication number has an overflow error. If the input data does not match or the transmission speed does not match, the parameters related to serial communication should be checked. If the check parameters are correct, the error also appears. When this alarm occurs, check if the I/O device is damaged.

86#Alarm: The I/O device's motion ready signal (DR) is turned off when data is input. Need to check:

1 interface at both ends of the serial communication cable (including system interface)

2 check system and external device serial communication parameters

3 Check that the program protection switch of the external device or system is turned on.

Seven, P / S00 # alarm

Fault reason: After setting important parameters, such as servo parameters, the system enters the protection state, and the system needs to be restarted to load new parameters.

Recovery method: After confirming that the modification is correct, turn off the power and restart.

Eight, P / S100 # alarm

Cause: When the system parameters are modified, the system will issue the alarm after the write protection setting PWE=1.

Recovery method:

1 After issuing this alarm, you can modify the parameters by calling the parameter page as usual.

2 After modifying the parameters to confirm, write protection setting PWE=0

3 Press the RESET button to reset the alarm. If important parameters are modified, the system needs to be restarted.
