Reasons and treatment methods for starting three-phase asynchronous motor after power-on

The three-phase asynchronous motor cannot be started after being energized, mostly due to poor power supply. The causes and treatment methods are as follows:

(1) First check the three-phase power supply with a test pencil. If no electricity is found, check the upper circuit breaker or fuse.

(2) Check if the power switch is in good contact. If the switch is found to be in poor contact, repair or replace it with a new one.

(3) Check the joints on the motor terminal block for corrosion, looseness, and poor contact. Find problems and deal with them in time.

(4) Check if the coil winding of the motor has an open circuit. If there is an open circuit, further find the open circuit point and process it.

(5) If the motor cannot be started with load, it should be checked whether the load is too heavy and there is no jam.
