The sales of Foshan Lighting's lighting products reached 240 million yuan in 2009, an increase of 100 million yuan compared with 2008, and it is expected to exceed 300 million in 2010. In 2009, through the establishment of Qinghai Salt Lake Foshao Lithium Industry Co., Ltd., Foshan Lighting entered the new energy field and improved the profitability and overall competitiveness of Foshan Lighting.
Liu Xingming, deputy general manager and general manager of Foshan Lighting, said that after the successful implementation of the operation center of Foshan Lighting's lighting products in 2009, the sales volume of lamps increased by 40%, and the number of civilian products increased by 8%. This year, Foshan Lighting will accelerate the integration of resources and the construction of the network, expand the influence of the brand, and build the secondary network.
