Under the background of the 13th Five-Year Plan and the development of Intelligent Manufacturing 2025, AVIC Composites Manufacturing Institute has taken the lead in the field of spraying, using robots for automated production, accelerating the transformation and upgrading of production mode and improving the advanced manufacturing of equipment. ability.

This project adopts a movable suspended spray 6-axis robot, which is installed on a 3 degree-of-freedom rectangular coordinate displacement crane, which can be in the scope of the spray booth (size in the spray booth: L30m×W9m×6.5m) A plurality of degrees of freedom, such as front, back, left and right, up and down, and rotation, are provided with a spray gun on the arm of the robot to enable spraying of the outer surface of the large composite workpiece.

Second, the hanging robot spraying system composition

The hanging robot spraying system consists of the total control system, the crane system (suspension running mechanism), the robot system, the intelligent paint supply system and the video monitoring system. The system network diagram is shown in Figure 1:
