The Crestron MPC Series AV Room Controller is the simplest and most cost-effective routing and control solution available in the industry today. It is especially suitable for small rooms and conference rooms. The new 10-key MPC-M5 features a built-in 2-Series control system and is mounted on the American Standard 2 electronic box with enough control to place all the wires and connections. Ethernet integrates seamlessly with Crestron RoomView software, enabling IT/AV Manager to remotely monitor, manage and control every room on the network, while SSL encoding provides a very secure network connection at all times, preventing The authorized person enters the system.
The MPC-M5 is a fully programmable user interface with a black or white glare appearance that is the 10 attractive and responsive buttons with LED information feedback, customizable backlight labels and wireless remote capabilities. It can be programmed for different functional requirements, including system power, input source selection, transmission control, volume adjustment, and lighting presets. Like other MPC models, the MPC-M5 can be mounted on a wall or on a lectern.
With its built-in console, the MPC-5 can communicate directly with video displays or projectors, DVD players or TV receivers, projection screens, elevators, occupancy sensors and other facilities in the room. In addition to high-speed Ethernet, there is a bidirectional RS-232 COM port, an IR serial port, two relays, and two input ports on the back. The MPC-M5 is powered by PoE and can be implemented in a single line operation.
The MPC series is easy for the instructor to learn and use, and equally important, to be able to continue to use in every room, lecture hall or auditorium. The MPC-M5 is unique to Crestron and is the industry's most complex facility-wide solution. RoomView helps platform software communicate directly for remote monitoring and property management. Built-in SNMP support is also integrated with third-party network management software, allowing full control and monitoring from the IT help platform or the NOC format that is familiar to IT staff.
