CNC engraving and milling machines belong to the major equipment of the mold processing industry, and are generally divided into two types: mold processing and hand board processing. Because of the different processing materials and requirements, the former requires higher precision, the latter is relatively low, and has similar precision with CNC engraving machines. The brake motor is required, and the brake is controlled by the servo driver output. .

High-performance CNC engraving and milling machine requires a high response bandwidth, system rigidity, and good low-speed characteristics of the servo system. This requires the movable part to have good rigidity while ensuring flexible movement, which can reduce the inertia of the mechanical transmission and thus obtain a higher response frequency.

The actual debugging needs attention:

1. If the spherical surface appears pitted, it indicates that the rigidity of the machine tool is too high, especially the Z-axis. The machine tool generates vibration during the machining process, and the current loop and speed loop gain must be pulled down.
2. If broaching marks appear, it means that the position ring is rigid, the position tracking error is large during machining, and the position loop gain needs to be adjusted. The engraving and milling machine system requires a higher position response and needs to increase the position loop gain;
3. According to the actual situation, reduce the speed for integration time constant;
4. Z-axis speed loop should not be adjusted too high, it is easy to cause oscillation after rising and stopping;
5. The triaxial position loop gain needs to be consistent to ensure that the position tracking error is consistent, so as to ensure that the dimensions and the sphere are not problematic when machining the circle and the sphere.

Summary Through actual processing comparison, it has been found that using the Andy servo's engraving and milling machine processing mold can basically reach the mold, the size is fully qualified, feel good, roughness (gloss) is good, the surface gloss under the light is slightly less delicate Use the Yaskawa II engraving and milling machine to mold.
