1. Functional requirements of engraving machine
Multi-stage VF curve is used for control mode selection. Terminal control is required as a command source. Two-wire terminal control: Only one forward command FWD is required. The frequency source is an analog setting (computer control board output 0 to 10 VDC). It is only necessary to input the frequency command from the AI1 port. The maximum speed is generally 24000r/min, and the inverter's running frequency is 400Hz (2-grade high-speed motor). The minimum speed is 2000r/min. The maximum output frequency of our EH600M series reaches 1500Hz, and the maximum output frequency of EH600A series is 650Hz (non-standard high-frequency special models can output 1500Hz), which can well meet the requirements. Acceleration and deceleration time according to the customer's own needs, generally 20 ~ 30s. The fault signal output signal (relay) and fault reset signal (RST input) are required. Since the users of the engraving machine are all supporting equipment manufacturers, it is necessary to provide a copy of the keyboard to quickly set the parameters.
2, the performance requirements of engraving machine
The speed fluctuation is small in the full speed range. Low torque at low speed ensures low speed cutting. Acceleration and deceleration time is as short as possible.
Our minimum cutting speed can be below 500r/min. My company's EH600 inverter can do multi-stage VF curve, which can well control the high and low speed
The different torque increases, so it can well meet the requirements of high-speed engraving machines.
